The national campaign for charitable work was launched in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the Ehsan platform, which was developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) with the support of the Saudi leadership, eminent scholars, and a large number of businessmen.
This campaign, which will continue throughout the holy month of Ramadan, aims to introduce the role of the Ehsan platform in promoting the values of charitable work through donations to alleviate suffering and improve the quality of life of the less fortunate.
SDAIA will work with various government agencies in numerous government sectors to powering the non-profit sector to expanding its positive impact on society, thus, hopefully, activating the role of social responsibility in the private sector and contributing to raising the level of reliability and transparency of charitable and developmental work in the community.
The Saleh Abdullah Kamel Humanitarian Foundation has made a donation of five million Saudi Riyals as part of the national campaign, with the aim of improving the quality of life of the elderly and the blind, which comes among the main objectives of the Foundation in seeking to support social solidarity.
